Jack got his first book today from the Imagination Station program sponsored by Dolly Parton. She will send Jack a new book every month until he's five!
Jack also went to see his first movie today. My mom and I went to a matinee of Julie & Julia. Jack didn't feel like sleeping in his carseat, so about half an hour in I put him in the moby and he snoozed for the rest of the movie. I had to walk him about a little, but since we were on the very back row, I didn't disturb anyone. It was nice to be out in the world and to see a movie, and we picked a good one.
